Split a token's trading fees between wallets

A token's trading fees go to one fee wallet by default. With a split they go to 2 to 5 wallets, in shares you set at launch, through Meteora's fee-sharing vault.

How the split works

The fees collect in a Meteora fee-sharing vault instead of a single wallet. Any wallet in the split can press Collect in Manage, which moves the pools' fees into the vault, and each wallet then claims its own share. The shares can never change after launch.

After graduation the vault holds the fee wallet's position in the new pool, so the pool's fees are split the same way.

What each wallet gets

Meteora keeps 20% of every fee. On a bonding curve T-minus takes 10% of the rest. What remains is split in your shares: at a 1% fee and a 50/30/20 split, every $100 traded pays the three wallets $0.36, $0.216 and $0.144.

The rules

  • Split fees are paid in the quote token only, so every share is in the same currency.
  • All the liquidity is locked for good, on a curve after graduation and in a plain pool from launch: the vault can collect fees but can't withdraw liquidity.
  • Token vesting needs a single fee wallet, so a split launch can't vest team tokens.
  • Each wallet has to sign to claim its share. It doesn't have to be the wallet you launch with.

How launchpads compare

Checked on 18 October 2026: pump.fun splits creator fees between up to 10 wallets and Bags between up to 100. Jupiter Studio pays one wallet. On T-minus a split covers 2 to 5 wallets, through Meteora's own vault.

Questions

Can the shares change later?

No. The wallets and their shares are fixed when the launch lands.

Does a wallet need to do anything to receive its share?

It signs to claim. Nothing reaches it until it does, and its share never expires.
